How can more young people go abroad to learn, volunteer or work?

Do you think young people benefit from going abroad to study, work or volunteer?  What are the obstacles preventing young people from going abroad?  How can the opportunities for young people to go abroad be improved? 

The European Commission has just published a Green Paper on "Promoting the learning mobility of young people" with the aim of opening up a debate on how best to boost the opportunities for young people in Europe to develop their knowledge and skills by going abroad. With this Green Paper the Commission is launching a public consultation.  Responses will be gathered via an online questionnaire and by written submissions.
